The Design of Automatic Feeding Equipment’s Control System
Abstract: The transport of solid material with solid and powder is the most important part in today’s industrial production. The timing and the rate may have a direct impact on product quality. The automatic feeding system is the most important part in whole production. The thesis is based on single-chip to designing the products for the control system of automatic feeding equipment. The system is controlled by the single-chip AT89S51, sensor testing signal and transmits it to single-chip; the single-chip then gives a signal and controls the feeding rate by controlling the motor and relay. According simulation and debugging finally to complete the design of the product. The result shows that the designed product can in accordance with the requirements of the auto feeding.
