高校校园交通平静化管理研究+文献综述
本文主要内容如下：
（1）详细阐述国外平静化发展历程，研究其设计原则、设计目的与实施依据，理解交通平静化理念，并与国内国情相结合，运用于国内平静化体系构建。
（2）分析校园交通特征以及微交通系统，阐述校园交通需运用平静化的必要性，将交通平静化理念运用于校园交通系统体系的构建。
（3）阐述交通平静化具体措施以及优缺点，结合实地情况，选取合适的平静化措施加以改进并运用。
以理工大学进行实例分析，贯彻交通平静化理念，运用速度与交通量控制措施构建交通平静化校园交通体系。

Title The Traffic Calming Management And Research In University Campus
Abstract
Since the popularization of higher education,a significant expansion of university campus area,and the social from all walks of life and the in depth exchanges and cooperation,open campus has become a micro community, bring a lot of hidden dangers to the campus traffic,but also to the campus traffic safety management of the new requirements.Motor vehicle and serious mixed vehicle in the university campus influences the campus security and living environment. Traffic calming is through the engineering measures to control concept and reduce motor vehicle traffic negative effect. Foreign traffic calming development more mature,but the research on it in China is relatively scarce,traffic calming concept is not universally accepted,and its design principle,objective and the implementation of the basis in China has not formed the complete system. This paper introduces the development history of traffic calming in foreign countries,systematically expounds the control measures of traffic calming.
The content of the thesis are completed as follows:
(1)Elaborated foreign calming development history,study the design principles,design goal and the implementation basis,understand the traffic calming philosophy,combined with the domestic situation,used in domestic calming system construction.
(2)Analysis of the campus traffic characteristics and micro traffic system,elaborated the campus traffic to the necessity of the construction of peace,the traffic calming concept applied to campus transportation system.
(3)The traffic calming measures as well as the advantages and disadvantages,combined with field,select calming measures appropriate to improve and use.
(4)Taking the case of Nanjing University of Science and technology,To implement traffic calming philosophy,using speed and traffic control measures to build traffic calming campus transportation system.
