The Smallest Single-chip Design and Development of Remote Monitoring System
Abstract: In this paper, the design and research about the minimum system is based on the MC51 microcontroller unit. The minimum remote monitoring system means that the microcontroller can work well with the minimum of components consisting. This paper that makes use of the combination of the smallest system of microcontroller and sensor technology system designs temperature monitoring system. It describes the design achieving scheme of remote monitoring system which is based on AT89S52, wireless transmission module nRF24L01 and temperature sensor DS18B20. Device that makes use of digital temperature sensor DS18B20 collects the temperature of circumstances, and transmits to the main frame by nRF24L01. The main frame shows the figure through LCD1602, and change the set value of temperature by 1℃ via key to set the bound. When the actual temperature value is lower than the lower limit or higher than the upper limit, buzzer sounds with LED flashes. The essay gives a general frame of the system, circuit diagram and procedures, and after debugging it achieves all designed functions on hardware platform.
