摘要:目前被广泛使用的自动扶梯通常处于能耗大、机械磨损严重、效率低、使用寿命低的状态,而且传统的扶梯变频调速系统采用独立驱动的方式,存在着一定的能源浪费。结合商场、地铁站客流量变化大的特点,为进一步提升自动扶梯的使用效率和节能效果,提出了基于共直流母线供电的自动扶梯节能控制系统以及基于客流量模型的控制方法,并将其结合设计了一种基于智能信息处理的扶梯节能控制系统。利用基于信息智能处理的自动扶梯节能控制仿真实验平台,验证了该设计的可行性。理论分析表明,该系统具有进一步的节能效果。

Design and Development of Energy-saving Control System for Escalators Based on Intelligent Information Processing
Abstract: Currently widely used escalators are usually in a high energy consumption, serious mechanical wear, low efficiency and low service life condition. And there is a certain energy waste on the traditional escalator’ variable-frequency speed control system which adopts inpidual drive. According to the number of passages of shopping mall and subway station change frequently, the energy-saving control system for escalators based on common-DC-bus and the control method based on the traffic model are proposed to further enhance the use efficiency and energy-saving effect of the escalators. And combine those ideas an energy-saving control system for escalators based on intelligent information processing was designed. The energy-saving control simulation platform for escalator which based on intelligent information processing verified the feasibility of the design. Theoretical analysis shows that energy can be further saved by using the system.
