摘要:本文以土耳其阿特拉斯伊斯肯德伦火电厂的输煤系统为研究对象,利用组态软件iFIX设计了一套监控系统。对其工程背景、系统构成及其需求和火电厂输煤监控系统工艺流程等方面做了介绍,并重点论述了采用iFIX的软件设计,包括主画面、配煤画面以及各设备的操作画面创建;建立了动态数据库,实现了设备工作状态的选择以及工作情况的实时监控;完成了趋势曲线图的生成;设置了系统管理分为管理员登录和非管理员登录;工作人员可根据通过监控系统实时监控现场设备的运行情况,通过报警系统更快更迅速的解决出现的问题。该系统功能灵活强大,能实现对输煤系统的有效控制。5120

Design and control of coal handing system in thermal power plant
Abstract: This article is based on the coal handing system of Turkey Atlas Iskenderun thermal power plant. Designed a set of monitoring system, which using the configuration software iFIX. This paper introduces the project background, system structure and demand & control of coal handling system of thermal power plant process, moreover, it focuses on the iFIX software design, including the main screen, coal blending picture and the equipment operation picture creation; Established a dynamic database, achieved a state of equipment choices and the work of the real-time monitoring; Completed trend graph generation; Setting up the system management is pided into administrator login and non – administrator login; Staff can monitor real-time running devices in the monitoring system field. Through the alarming system solving problems become much faster and more rapidly. The system is flexible and powerful, it can realize the effective control of the coal handling system.
