摘要:软PLC技术具有良好的兼容性与开放性,正逐渐取代传统PLC在工业控制领域中的应用地位,利用其数据计算、算法控制等功能模块可以轻易地实现工程控制。本文以软PLC技术工作原理为研究前提,以电梯控制系统为研究对象,通过改善传统电梯继电器控制系统的缺陷,提高电梯运行的可靠性与安全性。

本文所研究的电梯控制系统主要包括硬件设计与软件设计。硬件方面,首先研究了电梯各部分结构组成的功能以及运行过程中的安全控制要求;其次对其硬件结构进行设计选型,其中控制面板的设计实现了电梯控制的智能化。软件方面,通过模仿软PLC的编辑环境在编程软件中设计PLC电梯控制系统的梯形图程序,实现电梯的控制功能。为了让电梯运行过程中的速度变化符合人体认知,本文还针对电梯调速装置进行了速度控制算法设计,并通过观察Matlab仿真波形验证其实际应用的可行性。最后,设计组态监控界面,为实现电梯集选控制建立基础。

通过以上内容的研究,实现了电梯运行的平滑性、舒适性与安全性。

Abstract:Soft PLC technology with its good compatibility and openness  is gradually replacing the traditional PLC in the field of industrial control applications, the use of its data calculation, algorithm control and other functional modules can easily achieve engineering control. In this paper, the working principle of soft PLC technology is taken as the research premise, and the elevator control system is taken as the research object, through improving the traditional elevator relay control system deficiencies, improve the reliability and safety of elevator operation.

The elevator control system studied in this paper mainly includes hardware design and software design. In the aspect of hardware, the function of each part of the elevator structure and the safety control requirements during the operation are studied. Secondly, the design of the hardware structure is selected. The control panel is designed to realize the intelligent control of the elevator. Software, PLC control system ladder program of elevator is designed through the imitation of soft PLC editing environment in the programming software to achieve the elevator control function. In order to make the speed change in the process of elevator running in line with human cognition, the speed control algorithm for elevator speed control device is also designed. And observing Matlab simulation waveform verifies the feasibility of practical application. Finally, the configuration monitoring interface is designed to achieve the establishment of elevator selection control.

Through the above research, the smoothness, comfort and safety of elevator operation are realized.
