摘要:随着自动化技术的发展速度越来越快,在物流、制造及相关行业应用自动化技术已十分普遍,自动控制技术在一定的程度下,可以改善产品生产方式,极大地提高企业生产的效率,同时也降低了工作人员的劳动强度,研究并发展自动分拣技术已成为现代化生产技术发展的必然趋势之一。
本课题设计了一种自动分拣系统,通过PLC控制气动机械手将物料从料槽中搬运到传送带上,再控制传送带电机输送物料到分拣区,当分拣区的各类物料感应器检测到物料的信号时控制气动装置将物料推入卸料槽中。在此基础之上,利用组态王设计出具有反映物料分拣过程的动态监控画面,模拟物料分拣系统的控制功能并进行动画设计与命令语言的编写,通过监控画面可以直观反映分拣的流程,最后通过PLC与组态王通讯联调,在监控界面上模拟监控物料分拣系统的运行。
本系统通过传感检测技术、气动技术与PLC控制技术的有机结合,使得系统具有低成本、高效率、易于控制的特点。本次设计是利用电感传感器识别金属物料,光纤传感器识别带有颜色物料,可以根据分拣对象的不同属性,更换不同属性的传感器,从而实现物料的自动分拣过程。

In this paper, an automatic sorting system is designed to control the pneumatic manipulator through the PLC to transport the material from the trough to the conveyor belt, and then control the conveyor belt to transport the material to the sorting area When the material sensor of the sorting area detects the signal of the material, the pneumatic device is controlled to push the material into the discharge chute. On this basis, the use of Kingview designed to reflect the material sorting process of dynamic monitoring screen, simulation of the material sorting system control functions and animation design and command language preparation,through the monitoring screen can directly reflect the sorting process, Finally, through the PLC and Kingview communications joint, in the monitoring interface simulation monitoring material sorting system operation.
The system through the sensor detection technology, pneumatic technology and PLC control technology of the organic combination, making the system with low cost, high efficiency, easy to control the characteristics. This design is the use of inductive sensors to identify metal materials, fiber optic sensors to identify with color materials, according to the sorting object of different attributes, the replacement of different properties of the sensor, in order to achieve the material automatic sorting process.
