摘要本研究以中国大学生方程式电动汽车大赛为背景,依据大赛规则、汽车理论和电气知识,旨在为大学生方程式电车设计一套稳定高效的电气驱动系统与电子控制系统,使赛车具有良好的动力性、操控性以及耐久性。 本文首先介绍大学生方程式电动车比赛现状和总体设计要求;完成了以 STM32F407作为主控芯片的整车控制器的设计,利用KEIL软件进行控制程序的编写与调试, 通过CAN总线构建了系统之间的通信网络;接着设计了以安全回路为主体的整车电气驱动系统,在电气系统框架搭建完成的基础上利用 CATIA 完成电气组件建模与整车三文电气布线,最后检查了静态和动态线束干涉并据此优化总体设计。 27349 毕业论文关键词 STM32F407 CAN 总线 整车控制器 电气布线
Title College students formula of electric drive system With the electronic control system design Abstract Under the background Formula Students Electric China,this study, referring to the competition rules,automobile and electrical knowledge, aims to design a stable and efficient electric drive system and electronic control system for the electric racing car,so that the electric car has great dynamic performance,handling performance and durable performance. At first,this paper gives an introduction to the Formula Students Electric China and the overall design requirement. Secondly, the vehicle controller design consists of selection of STM32F407 that belongs to ARM series as the main control chip, building the communication network system through CAN bus,using the KEIL to write the program together with some debugging work. Then, the vehicle electric drive system is designed according to circuit safety. When the electric framework has been down, this study makes use of CATIA to complete electrical components modeling and vehicle three-dimensional electrical wiring.
