Intelligent Control And Its Application Of The Unstable Process
Abstract:This article mainly discusses the control method for unstable processes with time delay. By introducing a negative feedback, the use of double-loop control structure, in the intima control theory based on the dual principle of freedom PID controller design methods and ideas, and ultimately realize the intelligent control of unstable processes with time delay. Through this method to design a two independently controlled with two adjustable parameters, namely regulation system target tracking features and systems outside interference suppression characteristics, in order to achieve optimal control of the target. This article finally by MATLAB/SIMULINK software simulations easy to confirm that the method has a parameter, for example overshoot time shorter, more precise control and so on.

不稳定过程的智能控制及其应用
引言
随着工程科学技术的发展，自动控制技术在工业过程中显得尤为重要。在宇宙飞船系统、导弹制导系统和机器人系统等领域中得到广泛的应用，随着自动控制理论和实践的不断发展，为人们提供了获得动态系统最佳性能的方法，提高了生产率。许多针对稳定过程的控制器设计方法不适用于不稳定过程的控制，例如零极点相消法[1]等，在工业发展过程中某些控制算法存在着适应性差、算法复杂、实施和文护成本高的不足，且不能很好的实现对这种不稳定的过程控制，限制了它们的推广和发展[2]。本文主要针对这一现象提出了一种基于内模控制利用二自由度控制的原理[3]设计出新型的控制方法，从而有效的解决在过程工业中出现的不稳定过程的控制问题，使系统达到良好的目标跟踪特性和干扰抑制特性，达到智能控制的目的。
