摘 要:本文论述了一种基于AT89C51单片机的红外光电计数系统,其主要包括:信号获取电路、数据处理模块和显示电路三大模块。利用红外光电传感器将产品个数转化为脉冲传递给单片机转化处理,对产生的脉冲进行处理计算出产品的个数,然后通过显示器显示出计数数据。以此实现产品数量的采集,及时的显示产品的个数。本系统设计的自动计数系统具有准确率高、易操作、稳定性好、结构简单,精度高,抗干扰能力强等优点。37140 毕业论文关键词:AT89C51;红外光电传感器;脉冲;计数器
Design and Implementation of Infrared Photoelectric Counter
Abstract:In this paper, It introduces a kind of automatic counting system based on AT89C51 single chip microcomputer, which mainly include: a main control circuit, measuring circuit and display circuit module three. Using the infrared photoelectric sensor to the number of products into pulse transmitted to MCU conversion processing, to produce pulse processing to calculate the number of the product, at last count data displayed by the display. In order to achieve the number of products collection, display a number of products in a timely manner. Automatic counting system for the design of this system has high accuracy, easy operation, good stability, simple structure, high precision, strong anti-jamming capability.
