摘 要 现如今,分立式的空调器已无法满足人们对住所环境质量的需要,中央空调应运而生。而传统的中央空调是通过设置机械温控开关来实现房间的恒温控制,不仅操作不方便,而且温度的波动较大。基于微控制器设计的家用中央空调温度控制系统实现了软硬件结合,一方面更加完善了中央空调的功能,另一方面也简化了对中央空调的控制和操作。这种近乎智能的室内温度调节,满足了不同用户对环境温度各自不同的要求。 本文分析了户式中央空调的工作原理和两项关键技术——数字变频技术和电子膨胀阀技术。设计了一个基于 AT89C51 单片机的户式中央空调温度控制系统。系统硬件部分主要包括AT89C51 单片机、 电源供电模块、温度采集模块、压力变送模块、变频控制模块、按键模块、温度显示模块、风速调节模块及其他外部设备。软件部分采用 8051C 语言编程。该系统可以完成的功能有:温度的显示与设定、风速的设置、压缩机的变频控制以及限温报警等诸多功能。 38049 毕业论文关键词:中央空调;单片机;温度控制;变频技术
Abstract Nowadays separate air conditioners have been unable to meet the needs of living environment. So central air-conditioning came into being. The traditional central air-conditioning controls the temperature by setting the mechanical temperature control switch to make the room constant-temperature. On one hand, this control method is not convenient. On the other hand, the temperature fluctuation range is large. The household central air-conditioning based on MCU combines hardware with software, which not only improves the air- conditioning function, but also simplifies the control and operation of air- conditioning. This intelligent indoor temperature adjustment can meet the different requirements of different users to the environment temperature. This paper analyzes the working principles of household central air-conditioning and the two key technologies--digital frequency conversion technology & electronic expansion valve technology. It designs a household air-conditioning temperature control system based on AT89C51. The hardware part mainly consists of AT89C51, the power supply circuit, temperature acquisition circuit, pressure transmitter circuit, keyboard, display circuit, wind speed control circuit and other peripheral devices etc. The software is programmed by 8051C language. The system can complete multiple functions such as temperature display & setting, wind speed control, the compressor frequency control, temperature- limiting alarm etc.
