Abstract：Fruits and vegetables is one of the main food in people's lives, is also a body of vitamins, dietary fiber,organic acid and so on one of the important sources of, they are inseparable from the nutrients in our body, the body has great help to us. The purpose of the fruit and vegetable washing machine is to provide us with clean fruits and vegetables, fruits and vegetables, such as dust on the surface of the bacteria to get rid of, it is a very good development prospects. This design mainly uses the ultrasonic and ozone[two technologies, combined with the design of the automatic cleaning control program, Dislocation is spray device for the cleaning machine, the cleaning process of fruits and vegetables constantly turn and wave, which makes every surface of fruits and vegetables can be cleaned and greatly improve the efficiency of cleaning, the mixing efficiency of ozone and water. Bacteria on the surface of the fruit and vegetable, pesticide residues and other impurities were washed away, people after eating on people's body will not cause harm.

引言
农药在果蔬的使用远远超过国家标准，如果果蔬清洗不当，就会影响我们的身体健康。一、果蔬表面的灰尘、药物残留通过我们使用进入身体，可能导致食物中毒；二、药物残留长时间积累在我们身体中，会导致一些疾病的发生。因此清洗机的研发越来越受到重视，清洗的目的是为了去除药物残留，降低细菌的存在。果蔬清洗干净有助于延长果蔬保存时间，果蔬上细菌的数量降低了，则保存时间相应就提高了。目前，清洗水果和蔬菜常用的是手工清洗，清洁和机械化程度低，效率不高，造成劳动力资源的浪费，果蔬清洗机效率速度的对我们的生产效率有很大的影响，因此果蔬清洗机需要进一步完善。
