摘要:自动扶梯在机场、火车站、各大商场等公共场所到处可见,应用相当广泛。自动扶梯作为民用设施,对其工作的稳定性和可靠性要求较高。因此,对自动扶梯进行控制和监控是其主要研究内容。42880

    本论文是基于WinCC的自动扶梯监控系统设计,从硬件和软件两部分内容进行设计。在硬件设计方面,主要工作是硬件选型、输入/输出点分配,以及硬件接线设计。在软件设计方面,采用西门子Step-7作为编程软件实现控制功能。主要功能包括扶梯钥匙开启、故障检测等。若出现故障,程序会根据故障位置在七段显示器中显示相应的故障数字代码;若检测正常,则扶梯开始运行,并进行周期性润滑。本论文设计了自动扶梯的WinCC监控画面,将各图素联系起来,建立起相应的动态画面,主要工作包括WinCC与S7-200之间通信的实现、动画连接、脚本的编写等。该监控系统选用Profibus作为WinCC与PLC的通讯方式;其动画连接包括图形动画的连接和构件动画的连接;并编写扶梯上行、下行和点动等按钮的脚本程序。

The design of escalator monitoring system based on WinCC

Abstract: Escalators are widely used in airports, train station, and shopping mores et ac. As a kind of passenger transmitting tools, its stability and reliability during running is the key issue when the supervisor control system of the escalators is designed. So its main research contents are the control and monitoring of the escalator.   

     The supervisory control system of the escalators is designed based on WinCC in this paper, which is composed of the hardware design and the software design. As for the hardware design, the main work is included with the hardware selection, the input / output point distribution, and the hardware wiring design. As for the software design, SIEMENS Step-7 is used as the programming software. The main functions to be realized are included the escalator key to open and the escalator beginning the fault detection. If a fault occurs, the program would display the corresponding fault code in the seven-segment display on the basis of the fault location. If the detection is normal, the escalator would start to run and carry on the periodic lubrication. This paper designs the WinCC monitoring screen of the escalator, links the elements together and establishes the corresponding dynamic picture, the main work is included the realization of the communication between WinCC and S7-200, the animation connection, the writing of the script and so on. The monitoring system selects profibus as the communication mode between WinCC and PLC, its animation connection is included the connection of the graphics animation and the component animation, and writes the script procedure of the escalator up button, down button, inching button and others.
