摘要:本篇论文设计并制作了一个简易温度和距离测量仪,但是为了结构的清晰,文章中把温度测量仪和距离测量仪分开来说明。本设计的温度测量仪部分使用STC89C52单片微控制器和DS18B20接触式温度传感器构成了温度测量系统部分。此次设计中以STC89C52单片微控制器作为最为重要的控制器件,把DS18B20作为接触式温度传感器通过LCD数码管串口向LCD显示屏传送数据,这样就可以在LCD显示屏上显示测量出来的温度。通过DS18B20接触式温度传感器可以直接测量被测轨道的温度,把数据转换成数字信号。本此设计的温度测量部分是从接触式温度测量电路、主要控制电路等几个不同的方面来分析说明温度测量部分的工作原理。该接触式温度传感器可以直接向STC89C52单片微控制器传输数字信号,便于STC89C52单片微控制器快速处理。本设计有可操作性非常强,结构基础非常的简单,拥有非常大的可扩展空间等主要的优点。48984

本设计的超声波测距部分采用以STC89C52单片微控制器为主控器件的设计方法成本十分低、精度非常高、微型化等许多优点。所有的电路由许多个不同模块组成,其中有主程序,预置子程序,发射子程序,接收子程序,显示子程序等不同的模块。由单芯片集成分析处理超声波传感器的信号。文章中介绍了超声波测距部分各种软硬件的功能。以此为基础,设计出来该系统的整体设计方案,最后通过的各种不同硬件和软件模块的组合实现目的。超声波测距部分由硬件电路图,程序流程的相关部分组成。

  This paper designed and produced a simple temperature and distance measuring instrument, but in order to clear the structure, the article temperature measuring device and the distance measuring device will be described separately.   Ultrasonic Ranging part of the design using the single-chip micro controller with STC89C52 member of the main controller design method is very low cost, very high precision, miniaturization and so many advantages. All circuit consists of a plurality of different modules, including the main program, the preset subroutine, the subroutine emission, reception subroutine, the display modules of different subroutines.
