国产FPGA在LED驱动上的开发及应用+原理图+PCB图

LED is a kind of energy-saving, environmental protecting, small size, fast, long life,new light source.In recent years, many domestic manufacturers are actively develop new LED lamps and lanterns.But one should not be ignored is the fact that LED lights form a complete set of drives have no in time to catch up with the development of LED lamps and lanterns.Poor driving circuit performance and high failure rate has became the bottleneck of LED application and there are many problems need to solve.
This article presents a method based on domestic FPGA technology to make the LED driver circuit.the core is CME3000 - L144NC7 chips，and the circuit including 1.1V and 3.3V power source、10PIN JTAG、20MHz PLL、32K RTC and 50Mhz oscillator，and its programming tool is Keil，all that make it possible for us to make the LED driver circuit.

1 引言
由于LED是特性敏感的半导体器件，又具有负温度特性，因而在应用过程中需要对其进行稳定工作状态和保护，从而产生了驱动的概念。LED器件对驱动电源的要求近乎于苛刻，LED不像普通的白炽灯泡，可以直接连接220V的交流市电。LED是2～3伏的低电压驱动，必须要设计复杂的变换电路，不同用途的LED灯，要配备不同的电源适配器。国际市场上国外客户对LED驱动电源的效率转换、有效功率、恒流精度、电源寿命、电磁兼容的要求都非常高，设计一款好的led驱动必须要综合考虑这些因数，因为驱动电路在整个LED显示中的作用就好比像人的心脏一样重要。LED是电流特性器件，即在饱和导通的前提下，其亮度随着电流大小的变化而变化，不随着其两端电压的变化而变化。LED驱动电路的最大特点是提供恒流源输出，保证LED的稳定驱动，消除LED的闪烁现象。具有输出电流大、恒流等特点，其关键指标有：
