摘要本研究主要针对活性污泥作为生物吸附剂在不同pH值、吸附时间、污泥投加量、处理温度等影响因素下对重金属废水的吸附处理。得到如下一些结论:
(1) 活性污泥颗粒在溶液中吸附络合铜最佳pH值为7-9;
(2) 当存在杂质离子时,干活性污泥对络合铜的吸附效率降低。杂质离子浓度越大,络合铜吸附效率越低。
(3) 热力学结果表明,络合铜在活性污泥颗粒上的吸附过程是自发过程(△G<0),伴随吸热(△H>0),熵变为正值(△S>0)的化学吸附,较好的符合Freundlich等温吸附方程。
(4) 动力学结果表明,络合铜在活性污泥颗粒上吸附交换过程符合单分子层吸附的机理,该反应为假二级反应。主控步骤为液膜扩散控制,随时间的增加吸附速率逐渐减小。8404

Title Research on adsorption of organic Cu complex by activated sludge
Abstract
The subject mainly studies on the influence of PH value,adsorption time,sludge doses,temperature and other influences of the absorption of heavy metals ions by activated sludge. Some of the conclusions obtained are as follows:
(1)The optimum pH value of adsorption of organic Cu complex in solution by activated sludge particles is 7-9;
(2)The presence of impurity ions reduce the adsorption efficiency of organic Cu complex by the activated sludge. The higher the concentration of impurity ions, the lower adsorption efficiency of the organic Cu complex.
(3)The thermodynamic results show that the adsorption process of the organic Cu complex in the activated sludge particles is spontaneous process (△ G <0), accompanied by endothermic (△ H> 0), entropy becomes positive (△ s> 0) chemical adsorption, in line with the Freundlich isotherm equation.
(4)The kinetic results show that the organic Cu complex exchange adsorption on the particles of the activated sludge process in line with the mechanism of monolayer adsorption, the reaction is pseudo-second-order reaction. Controlling step is liquid film diffusion control, and with time increase the adsorption rate decreased gradually.
