摘 要:本文采用了Avago Technologies公司的ATF55143晶体管来设计宽带低噪声放大器;在这次的设计中主要是通过理论计算得出合理标准参数,然后使用Advanced Design system软件进行反复仿真与优化,最终使得设计符合噪声系数NF均在1.30dB以下,反射参数S11、S12、S22变动范围分别为 -16dB~-25dB、-48dB~-65dB、-13dB~-23dB,正向增益S21为 32dB~45dB,稳定系数K在频率范围内大于1,驻波比VSRW1和VSWR2在频率范围内大致小于2等参数标准,在进行优化后,再使用Altium Designer软件进行电路设计。8459

The design of the low noise amplifier
Abstract: This paper adopted the Avago Technologies of ATF55143 to design the broadband low-noise amplifier transistor; In the Design of the main parameters is calculated by theory and reasonable standard, and then use the Advanced Design system software repeated simulation and optimization, makes the final Design conforms to the noise factor NF are below 1.30 dB, reflection parameter S11, speed 12, S22 change range respectively - 16 dB ~ 25 dB, dB, dB ~ 48-65-13 dB ~ - 23 dB, positive gain S21 is 32 dB ~ 45 dB, stability factor K in the frequency range is greater than 1, the standing wave ratio VSRW1 and VSWR2 in the frequency range is less than 2 roughly parameters such as standard, after the optimization, using the Altium Designer software circuit Design.
