摘要本论文首先介绍了逆变器和多电平变换器的国内外的发展与现状,然后提出了并深入研究了电压源高频链三电平逆变器,该变换器是由全桥三电平逆变器,高频变压器,周波变换器以及输出滤波器组成。电压源三电平高频链逆变器具有高频电气隔离、功率器件电压应力低、变换级数少等优点。本文主要针对电压源高频链三电平逆变器的电路拓扑、控制技术、工作原理、关键电路参数等进行分析和设计。在此基础上,利用matlab软件对电压源三电平高频链逆变器进行仿真验证。仿真结果验证了该电路的正确性。9100

Title:voltage source of three level high frequency converter
Abstract
This paper first introduced the development and current situation of inverter and multilever converter at home and abroad ,and then puts forward the voltage source of three level high frequency converter, The kind of circuit topologies are constituted of full bridge three-level inverter, high frequency transformers, frequency converter and output filter . The converter has the advantages such as simple topology, two-stage power conversions(LFAC/HFAC/LFAC), bidirectional power flow, high frequency electrical isolation and so on. This article mainly analysis and design the circuit topology, control technology, working principle, key circuit parameters of the three level high frequency converter . on the basis of that.this paper establishes the simulation model by using simulation software matlab . The results of simulation shows that the circuit topology is right.
