The Design and Realization of Direct Current Motor Speed Regulation System Based on SCM
Abstract: In this paper, the system of DC motor speed change under the control of temperature is introduced, especially those about PID algorithm and Software realization method of PWM signal. This system takes AT89S51 MCU as the main controller. By the use of sensor DS18B20, we can acquire the temperature of specified location and keep abreast of the temperature change of the position by reading LCD1602 .With PID closed-loop control algorithm, it can generate a PWM signal for temperature changes and using the PWM signal to control the direction of rotation and speed change of the DC motor under the drive of L298. The smooth change of DC motor speed under the control of temperature signal is realized in this system. The whole system has many merits such as simplicity of the circuit structure, high reliability, easy operation, and so on. So it could satisfy the requirements in many fields. And this system also has many other practical values.
