摘要:本文研究了Yb/Er共掺BSO原料的制备及玻璃的生长,利用XRD分析其结构,测量了Yb/Er共掺BSO玻璃的吸收和荧光光谱,分析了Yb/Er共掺BSO玻璃的发光性能。研究表明,Er3+和Yb3+离子的吸收谱带,对应于稀土离子的f-f跃迁,其中850nm-1050nm吸收带是Er3+和Yb3+共同的吸收带,Er/Yb:BSO玻璃中Er3+离子4I13/2→ 4I15/2跃迁产生的1535nm处发射峰比Yb3+离子2F5/2→ 2F7/2跃迁产生的发射峰要强很多。因此,该玻璃有助于提高泵谱光吸收效率,降低激光阈值。22641 毕业论文关键词:BSO玻璃,Er/Yb共掺,发光特性
Preparation and luminescent properties of Yb/Er-BSO glass
Abstract:
This paper main shows the preparation of the raw material of Yb/Er:BSO powders , growth of the Yb/Er:BSO glass , and the structure of the Yb/Er:BSO glass by using XRD , the absorption spectrum and the fluorescence spectrum of the Yb/Er:BSO glass , the luminescence properties of Yb/Er:BSO glass . The results show that , Er3+ and Yb3+ ion absorption spectrum bands are corresponding to the f-f transitions of the rare earth ions , and the absorption srectrum band of the 850nm ~ 1050nm is the absorption srectrum band of Yb3+ ions in common with Er3+ ions .The 1535nm emission peaks by the 4I13/2 → 4I15/2 transitions of the Er3+ ions of the Yb/Er:BSO glass are more than the peaks by the 2F5/2 → 2F7/2 transitions of the Yb3+ ions . Therefore, the Yb/Er:BSO glass is helpful to improve the absorption efficiency of the pump spectrum and reduce the laser threshold.
