摘要:本文通过对三种水性丙烯酸酯树脂:酮肼交联水性丙烯酸酯树脂,环氧改性水性丙烯酸酯树脂,N--羟甲基丙烯酰胺交联水性丙烯酸酯树脂的制备、表征和性能分析,着重研究了各类水性树脂的交联方法、反应机理和实际效果。测定了不同条件下三种树脂成膜后的吸水率,吸醇率并采用红外光谱和DMA对这些膜进行了分析。研究表明,酮肼交联是一种有效的交联及交联复合技术;环氧改性水性丙烯酸酯树脂与水性N--羟甲基丙烯酰胺交联丙烯酸酯树脂在120℃下固化后的交联程度最大。5256

The study on the crosslinking technology of acrylic resin
Abstract: Based on the three kinds of water-based acrylic resin:Ketone hydrazine crosslinking waterborne acrylic resin,Epoxy acrylate resin modified waterborne,N-methylol acrylamide crosslinked aqueous acrylic ester resin prepared, characterization and performance analysis,focuses on the types of crosslinking an aqueous resin, the reaction mechanism and the actual results.Measured under different conditions after the film three resins water absorption rate of alcohol absorption and infrared spectroscopy and DMA for these films were analyzed.Research shows that one hydrazine crosslinking is an effective cross-linking and cross-linking composite technology;Epoxy-modified waterborne acrylate resin and N - methylol acrylamide modified aqueous acrylate resins cured at 120 ℃ maximum degree of crosslinking.
