摘要:本论文通过使用比容差法,对钢钉和水泥这两种材料在亚稳态转变时的比容进行研究,得到了精确的数据。由此我们可以得到亚稳态材料在向稳态变化的过程中的定量描述:首先,由钢钉的测量可以得到钢铁材料加工硬化后的密度的变化,即钢钉加工硬化后与此钢退火后的平衡态进行比较其比容减小了0.2-0.5%。同时我们对其进行了硬度试验,以此映证了比容差法的可行性;其次,验证了材料的间接比容分析方法,结果表明此法可行,但存在一定误差。最后测量了水泥(混凝土)凝结过程的密度的变化,结果表明凝固过程中密度将变化5.8-6.0%即定性的证明了此法有效,为今后此法的进一步研究提供了基础。28557 毕业论文关键字:亚稳态;比容;比容差法;相转变
The study on the specific volume of transition about metastable materials
Abstract:This paper by using compare the difference of specific volume, steel nails and cement the two materials in the metastable changes the volume of research, have an accurate data.So we can get in metastable materials quantitative description of changes in steady-state process: First, by measurement of the nail can be changes in density after the work hardening of steel materials, the nail after the work hardening after annealing of steel with this equilibrium State compared to its volume reduces the 0.2-0.5%. While we make the hardness test, the feasibility of this video card than the tolerance method; second, verify the indirect method for hematocrit analysis of materials, the results show that this method is feasible, but there are some errors. Finally,measurement of cement (concrete) condensation density changes shows changes in density during solidification 5.8-6.0% qualitative proved effective, provided the basis for the further study of this method in the future.
