摘要 含铜硫化物的生物浸出是有色金属湿法冶金的研究热点, 壬基酚是铜溶剂萃取常用的改质剂。本文对比研究含不同浓度壬基酚的有机相在不同污染模式下对氧化亚铁硫杆菌的生长,以及其在黄铜矿表面的吸附和浸出行为的影响。实验结果表明,被含不同浓度壬基酚有机相污染过的细菌生长明显受到抑制,抑制程度从大到小为:细菌和培养基都被污染、培养基被污染、细菌被污染、细菌和培养基都未被污染,壬基酚浓度越高的有机相其抑制作用更强。经过有机相不同模式的污染,氧化亚铁硫杆菌在黄铜矿表面的吸附率从大到小为:细菌和培养基都被污染、培养基被污染、细菌被污染、细菌和培养基都未被污染。但被浓度为0.1%的壬基酚污染时其吸附率比被0.02%的壬基酚污染的要低。细菌和培养基都未被污染时,铜的浸出率可以达到57%,而被含0.02%壬基酚的有机相以不同模式污染,铜的浸出率分别为:培养基被污染的实验组为45.15%,细菌被污染的为35.1%,而细菌和培养基都被污染的是17.9%。31510

Effect of copper extraction modifer on adsorption and leaching behavior of Acidiobacillus ferrooxidans
Abstract
The bioleaching of copper sulfide containing is a hotspot in the field of wet metallurgy of non-ferrous metals, nonylphenol is copper solvent extraction commonly used modifier. The comparative study of containing different concentrations of nonylphenol in the organic phase under different pollution model of Ahiobacillus ferrooxidans growth, and the in chalcopyrite surface adsorption and leaching behavior of influence. Experimental results show that contained different concentrations of nonylphenol organic contaminated bacteria growth was obviously inhibited, the degree of inhibition from large to small: bacteria and culture medium have been polluted, cultivation of the radical is pollution, contamination of bacteria, bacteria and culture medium have not been polluted, the higher the concentration of nonylphenol organic phase the inhibition effect is stronger. Contaminated by organic phase different modes, Ahiobacillus ferrooxidans in chalcopyrite surface adsorption rate from high to low: bacteria and culture medium have been polluted, cultivation of the radical is pollution, contamination of bacteria, bacteria and culture medium have not been polluted. But 0.1% of the concentration of nonylphenol pollution when the adsorption rate was 0.02% nonylphenol pollution than to low. Bacteria and culture medium have not been polluted, the leaching rate of copper can be up to 57%, and contained nonylphenol 0.02% of the organic phase to different modes of pollution, the copper leaching rate were: culture medium polluted in experimental group was 45.15%, bacterial contamination was 35.1%, and bacteria and medium are polluted is 17.9%.
