摘要镀锌钢因为其高强度和耐腐蚀的特殊性能能够满足汽车轻量化以及防腐蚀的要求,在汽车行业得到了广泛的应用。镀锌钢板的点焊也成了点焊领域内的一个重要的课题。镀锌钢因为表面有镀层,镀层的电阻率比母材低,其接触电阻比同厚度的没镀层的相同母材的接触电阻低,因此其焊接电流比普通钢板的焊接电流要大。本论文通过几组典型的镀锌钢板的点焊试验分析各种焊接参数对熔核大小以及焊点强度的影响,并推荐了其最佳的焊接工艺参数参考值。7155

Title Experimental study of automotive body spot welding process
Abstract
Because the identity of galvanized high strength and corrosion resistance of special performance can satisfy the car lightweight and corrosion resistant requirements, and they are in a wide range of applications in the automotive industry. The spot welding of the steel with zinc coat galvanized steel also has became an important subject in the spot welding feild. Because the surface has galvanized steel coating, the resistivity of the coating is lower than the mother material, so the welding current of the steel plate with zinc is higher than the ordinary steel. This article analysis how the various welding parameters on the nuclear fusion effect on the strength size and solder joint by the several groups of typical of galvanized steel welding test,and recommend the best welding process parameters references.
