摘要本文研究了钒酸银对镍基复合镀层的制备方法以及该复合镀层在室温和高温下的摩擦学性能。 采用化学法制备钒酸银晶体颗粒,用扫描电镜(SEM)对制备的钒酸银颗粒进行了观察,采用了电沉积复合镀法制备镍基钒酸银复合镀层,用 X射线衍射仪(XRD)、Raman 光谱、能谱仪EDS、扫描电镜(SEM)对不同钒酸银含量的复合镀层、摩擦后的磨痕进行了物相、形貌、成分的分析,用 HT-1000 高温摩擦磨损试验机对镀层进行了室温、200℃、600℃的摩擦学性能测试,对比不同钒酸银添加物含量和不同温度下复合镀层对摩擦学性能的影响,以期获得钒酸银对镍基复合镀层的最佳实验方法和工艺参数。 实验表明:钒酸银对镍基复合镀层确实比纯镍基镀层有更好的减磨效果,单一镍基镀层摩擦系数在0.75左右,复合镀层的摩擦系数在 0.4-0.7之间,尤其在高温时减磨效果明显。钒酸银的含量对复合镀层的摩擦性能也有影响,一定范围内,含量越高减磨效果越明显,但含量超过0.1g/L 时减磨效果有所降低,低于 0.01g/L时效果不明显。   50083

Title     Tribological properties of Ni-based  composites   containing  silver vanadate at room or temperature

 Abstract In this paper, the preparation methods of  Ni-based composite coatings with silver vanadium and its tribological properties at room temperature and high temperature were studied. The silver vanadium particles were prepared by chemical method and were observed by scanning electron microscope  (SEM).Pulse electrodeposition process was used to prepare the silver vanadium-containing /Ni-based composite coatings. Friction and wear scar physical phase, morphology and composition of different silver vanadium content of composite coating analyze with XRD, Raman spectroscopy, SEM, EDS spectrum. The tribological properties of the coating were tested by HT-1000 high temperature friction tester at room temperature, 200℃ and 600 ℃ .  Compare  different silver vanadium  additive content and different temperature composite coating on tribological properties of impact. The results show that  the friction coefficient of Ni-based coating is about 0.75, and  that of  the composite coating is between 0.4-0.7.  Especially at high temperature, the grinding effect is obvious. The silver content of vanadium acid has an effect on the friction property of the composite coating. When the content is more than 0.1g/L, the grinding effect is reduced, and the effect is not obvious when the content is lower than 0.01g/L.
