摘要本课题采用等离子焊接方法,选择合理的焊接工艺参数对3mm厚的锆R60702试板和3mm厚的TA2试板进行了焊接。测试了其接头的力学性能,并对接头各区域微观组织进行观察和分析。锆R60702接头硬度值母材区最小,在620HV0.5左右,热影响区与焊缝区相差不大,均在750HV0.5左右,接头抗拉强度试验值423.6Mpa,大于锆R60702的标准值380 Mpa。母材区与热影响区晶粒均为形状不规则的α相,焊缝区是组织粗大的树枝状晶体α+β相。TA2接头由母材区到热影响区,再到焊缝区,晶粒有逐渐增大的趋势,其显微文氏硬度从母材区到焊缝区也呈逐渐上升的趋势。

Title Study on the weldability of Zr and alloy
Abstract
This paper used plasma arc welding method, draws up a reasonable welding process to carry on the welding to the zirconium R60702 plate and TA2 plate of 3mm thick,and test the mechanical properties and observe the microstructure of the welded joints.zirconium R60702 joint hardness of base metal is minimum. Is about 620HV0.5, The affected zone and weld zone is not far-off, about 750HV0.5. Values of the joint tensile strength test
is 423.6Mpa, Greater than the standard value of zirconium R60702. the grain of the base metal and heat affected zone are irregular shape of the α phase, The weld zone is the coarse dendritic crystal of α + β phase.
From base metal to heat affected zone and the weld zone of TA2, The grain size gradually has increasing trend, The micro Vickers hardness from the base metal to the weld zone also showed a gradual upward trend.
