摘要:板凸度和平直度是衡量板形质量的重要指标,它们既相互独立又彼此相互作用,而板凸度主要取决于有载辊缝的形状,所以准确计算辊系的弹性变形,对辊缝的设定有重要意义。采用影响函数法对四辊轧机的辊系弹性变形进行了系统分析,通过平滑指数修正法对辊间压力进行修正,建立更适合现场的模型,用Visual Basic 语言编写计算流程,计算出辊间压扁量和轧件与工作辊间压扁量,从辊系变形分析着手,进行支承辊辊型优化,从而降低轧件的板差,最终达到控制板形的作用。9448
