摘要:通过对自动束光器传动齿轮塑件的仔细地分析,设计完成了制造该塑件的模具。在设计模具的过程之中,涉及了对塑件进行注塑机和模架的选择、塑件的结构的设计,另外还涉及到了校核注塑机的一些重要的工艺参数的,并详细叙述了模具的分型面设计、成型零件设计、浇注系统设计、和冷却系统设计以及顶出机构设计,制订完成了成型零件的加工工艺方案。
在毕设的过程中,采用到了一些常用的设计软件,比如UG、AutoCAD等,使用这些软件进行设计分析,可以优化设计的参数,减少了设计时间,提高了设计效率。23036

Inject mold Design of Automatic Beam Drive Gear
Abstract: Through to the automatic beam drive gear mold design analysis of plastic parts, design of the plastic parts mold. In the whole mold design process, involving the structure of the design, choice of plastics injection molding machine and mold frame and some key process parameters of injection molding machine, and describes the parting surface of mould design in detail design, gating system design, molding parts design, design of ejection device and cooling system design, finally also for molding parts processing scheme.
In the process of die design, using the UG, AutoCAD and other famous design analysis software, using the software to design analysis, optimize the design parameters and shortens the design time, improve the design efficiency.
Through the mold design, I have been able to skillfully use the current common design analysis software, learned according to the calculation or choose some of the parameters on the basis of experience, to increase the understanding of the injection mould.
