This project is super-tall buildings podium and basement , to determine its fire resistance rating are one . The building is surrounded by a ring setting fire road , fire lane width 4m, turning radius of 12m.

The project is pided into three partitions safe evacuation , safety exit width of 15m. A total of five underlying security exports. Design of safe evacuation , the evacuation distance to meet regulatory requirements.
The engineering part of the station house and office decoration materials burning various parts performance levels are in line with " the building renovation repair fire protection design " requirements.
The design of the underground parking garage fire extinguisher on each floor of each set point MF/ABC4 optional 3 5kg portable fire extinguishers , including ground level with 44 fire extinguishers set point , the underground two , three each with 34 fire extinguishers set point ; podium there are 12 shopping malls extinguisher set point , set point for each extinguisher 5kg portable MF/ABC5 optional two fire extinguishers .
