(3) The circular firefighting lane should be set up around the conference complex building, its width is 6m, and the turning radius of the fire lane is 9m. Considering that the conference complex is not a high-rise building, no extra design is required for the terminal return yard, the fire truck climbing operation site and the fire pool.

(4) The ground floor of the conference complex is pided into two horizontal firezones. And each of the ground floor to the third floor is pided into a horizontal fire partition.

The smoke partitions are pided according to the area, and the smoke partitions are set. The ground floor is pided into four smoke partitions. The first floor is pided into four smoke partitions, the second floor is set to four smoke partitions, and the third floor is set to a smoke partition. An anti-smoking front room is set in front of all enclosed stairwells.

(5) There are 35 safety exits in the conference complex. There are 12 exits on the first floor, the width of the security exits are 1.8m, 1.5m and 1.4m respectively; there are 20 exits on the second floor, the width of the security exits is 1.5m; there are 3 exits on the third floor, and the width of the security exits is 1.5 m.

The stairwell 3 on the ground floor is set as a smoke-proof stairwell. Consider not setting up a fire elevator. Emergency evacuation lighting needs to be set up.

(6) The combustion performance levels of the ceiling and walls of the activity room area on the basement floor of the conference complex shall not be lower than Grade A, and the combustion performance levels of floors, partitions, fixed furniture and decorative fabrics shall not be lower than Grade B1. The combustion performance levels of the ceiling, wall, floor, partition, and fixed furniture in the parking lot are not lower than Grade A. The Grade A decoration materials should be used for the evacuation walkways and safe exit halls, ceilings, walls and floors on the ground floor.

The combustion performance levels of the ceiling of the restaurant on the first floor shall not be lower than Grade A, and the wall, floor, partition, and curtains have a combustion performance levels of not less than Grade B1; the ceiling, wall, and floor of the kitchen should be Grade A. The burning performance levels of the ceiling and wall of the lecture hall on the second floor shall not be lower than Grade A, and the remaining materials shall be not less than Grade B1; the combustion performance levels of the ceiling of the conference hall shall be not less than Grade A, the wall, floor and partition is not lower than Grade B1. The combustion performance levels of the ceiling of the three-story lecture hall shall not be lower than Grade A, and the wall, floor, partition and curtain shall not be lower than Grade B1.

The ceiling and wall of the central control room use Grade A decoration materials. All interior decoration of power room, such as exhaust fan room, power distribution room, and strong and weak electric room, adopt Grade A decoration materials. The Grade A decoration materials are used for the ceilings, walls and floors of stairwells and front rooms. Ceiling and wall of corridors, escalators, horizontal evacuation walkways and security exit halls, are decorated with Grade A decoration materials. All the smoke barriers use Grade A decoration materials.

(7) A, B, E, and F fires may occur in the comprehensive building of the conference, and the fire risk level is set to a medium-risk level. There are 12 setting points on the ground floor, 8 setting points on the first floor, 6 setting points on the second floor, and 2 setting points on the third floor.

The fire extinguisher in the building uses ammonium phosphate  dry powder MF/ABC4 fire extinguisher, and the parking area of the basement is equipped with two 4kg portable MF/ABC4 fire extinguishers at each set point, and the activity room area is equipped with three sets of each set point. There are 2 matching points for each set point on the ground floor. The fire extinguisher installation method uses an embedded wall fire extinguisher box.
