摘要: 本文以天津市某社区文体中心暖通空调工程为设计对象,通过一系列的对BIM(Building Information Modeling)软件(Autodesk Revit)的学习,结合整个工程的技术要求和设计分析,系统研究了基于BIM技术的建筑暖通设计在建筑设计方案阶段的具体应用实践。并且利用学习的设计方法,结合相关软件,使用BIM技术下的Revit软件设计出天津市某社区文体中心基于三维数字技术的一套完整的建筑空调工程数据模型,它集成了建筑师在建筑节能设计中的各种建筑暖通项目信息。天津市某社区文体中心暖通空调工程设计特定的要求和评价标准,对今后文体中心以及天津市某社区文体中心暖通空调工程的基于BIM的方案设计提供参考和设计依据。表明了建筑信息模型设计相对传统图纸设计能够直观、全面地表达建筑构件的空间关系,具有良好的数据关联性,所创建的BIM模型包含了丰富的几何和参数等属性信息,这些信息可以用于各种建筑分析和统计,为设计优化提供了技术手段和量化依据。证明了BIM在暖通空调系统设计的可行性。

Application of BIM Software in a Community Sports Center Air Conditioning System of Tianjin

Abstract:This paper takes the HVAC project of a community sports center in Tianjin as the object. Through a series of learning of BIM software (Autodesk Revit), combined with the technical requirements and design analysis of the whole project and systematically study of the practical application of building HVAC design based on BIM technology in the stage of building design. And using the learning design method, combining related software and using the Revit software under BIM technology, a complete set of data model of building air conditioning engineering based on three-dimensional digital technology in a community sports center of Tianjin is designed. It integrates the architect's various architectural HVAC information in the architectural energy saving design. The specific requirements and evaluation criteria of HVAC project in a community sports center of Tianjin are designed and provided reference and design basis for the future sports center and the design of HVAC project based on BIM in a community sport center in Tianjin. It shows that the design of building information model can strengthen the spatial relationship of architectural components intuitively and comprehensively with good data association. The BIM model contains abundant parameters. This information can be used in various building analysis and statistics, and provides a technical means and quantitative basis for design optimization, which proved the feasibility of BIM in HVAC system design.
