In the modern office building, through using the comfort air conditioning systems to ensure the office staff feel comfortable at work. People take more seriously on the indoor air temperature, air humidity, cleanliness and air quality issues. Due to the shortage of energy increasingly attracted our attention. There is an urgent need for the office to install energy-saving, healthy and comfortable air-conditioning system to meet the high demand of working environment.

As the use of the office building features: staff to concentrate at work and after work, very small part of staff to work overtime , which requires air-conditioning system of the building being able to meet the large cooling load. In addition , it should also be able to providing efficient cold , in order to protect people's health ，secondly, a personnel office is more stable place , so the indoor air temperature and humidity , cleanliness and fresh air volume，etc are greatly affected the health of office workers , only the office building getting a better working environment which will improve the efficiency of the staff . Therefore, people have been paying more attention on air environment.

2. Project Overview

The project is located in Shanghai, 5 floors beyond the ground, with a total height of 22.5m, which is a multi-story building; the first floor with storage room, police office, and maintenance workshop, etc. ; the second to forth floor has standard office; the fifth floor are equipment room, exhibition hall, and central control room.
