4The main work of designs

The main design content is based on the climate characteristics of Shanghai region to give priority to the design of winter heating demand. 5 air-conditioning system selecting

The fan coil unit air conditioning system mode of fresh air supply by the independent fresh air supply system of indoor fresh air. After the treatment of fresh air from the air inlet total wind pipe through a branch pipe into each room, separate set of fresh air handling units, adjusted with the change of outdoor air state parameters and ensure the stability of the parameters of indoor air and room air throughout the year can be guaranteed.

Fan coil unit plus fresh air system has the following advantages:

1)  The room can be independent of the temperature adjustment, equipment, high degree of localization, less investment. The design technique is relatively simple (and hence the design risk is not large)

2)  Flexible arrangement, each room can adjust room temperature independently, when the room is not easy to turn off the unit (off the fan), does not affect other rooms, so as to save operating costs than other systems.
