企业仓库布局的分析与改善
摘要随着经济发展，企业之间的竞争导致价格压低，企业为了增强自身竞争力和追求利润，开始降低供应链成本。仓库作为供应链中必不可少的一部分，其库存成本在供应链成本中占了很大比重，因此企业希望通过合理的仓库布局，提高仓库的运作效率，减少时间成本和人工成本。本文对仓库布局分析的目的在于，找出其存在的问题，运用系统设施布置（SLP)，对设施布置和货物布置进行优化改善。文中以恒越汽车服务有限公司的汽车配件仓库为研究对象，通过对恒越仓库布局的数据分析，联系理论知识对其设施布置和货位布置进行优化，为该仓库布局提供合理化的建议。86847

Analysis of enterprise warehouse layout and improvement
Abstract With the development of economy, the competition between the enterprises lead to prices low, in order to enhance their competitiveness and the pursuit of profits, began to reduce supply chain cost。Warehouse, as an essential part of the supply chain, the inventory cost accounts for a large proportion in the supply chain cost, so companies hope that through the reasonable layout of warehouse, warehouse operation efficiency, reduce the time cost and artificial cost。In this paper, the warehouse layout analysis is aimed at finding out the existing problems, and using the system facility layout (SLP), optimize the facilities layout and arrangement of goods。 This paper take the warehouse of HENGYUE Automobile service company as The research object through the data analysis of the constant, the warehouse layout, link theoretical knowledge to the facility layout and position arrangement is optimized, and the rationalization suggestion for the warehouse layout。

0引言
经过经济一段时间的高速发展，新兴的物流企业也随之蓬勃发展，越来越多的企业开始认识到进行物流管理的意义所在。从原始的第一方物流到第二、第三方物流，物流行业的不断进步让企业开始意思到对物流进行管理的意义所在，纷纷开始建立自己的物流组织或者引进第三方物流[1]。物流管理也发展到了供应链阶段，企业通过各种途径来降低自己的供应链成本，来获得最大化利润。虽然我国的大中企业也开始走上了供应链管理的道路，但是很大部分的小企业还是停留在很落后的物流方式上[2]。
