摘要：21世纪的到来将互联网的发展速度推向飞速，该领域在国内也大幅发展，电子商务应运而生，走向蓬勃。国内新兴产业之中，电子商务扮演着重要的角色，从而也带动了物流行业的发展，我国快递行业经过多年高速发展,对于国民经济起到了巨大的推动作用。本文以圆通快递公司为例，阐述ERP财务管理系统相关理论以及发展趋势，分析圆通公司ERP财务管理系统的需求，总结圆通公司用友NC65系统的实施过程，并对ERP实施过程中出现的问题给出对策以及优化建议，最后总结实施过程中的关键因素。

Research on the implementation of ERP financial management system

Abstract：The arrival of the twenty-first Century has pushed the development of the Internet to a fast pace, and this field has also developed significantly in China. E-commerce plays an important role in China's emerging industries, which has also contributed to the development of the logistics industry,e-commerce has been listed as an important part of emerging industries, and domestic logistics has been developing rapidly. After years of rapid development, China's express industry has played a huge role in promoting the national economy. Taking YTO company as an example, the paper expounds related theory and the development trend of ERP financial management system, analysis of YTO company demand for ERP financial management system, Summing up the implementation process of YTO  company's Yonyou NC65 system,and the countermeasures put forward for the problems in the process of ERP implementation and optimization proposals, finally summarizes the key factors in the process of implementation.
