摘要:随着社会经济的发展和经济的进步,绩效评估已经成为现代公司经营管理的一项重要任务。本文针对H公司在绩效评估工作中,出现的认识不到位,指标体系不科学,评估制度不健全等问题,一定程度上阻碍了公司战略目标的实现。本文通过对绩效评估理论的研究,从公司文化,组织体系,公司不同发展阶段等因素对绩效评估工作的影响。最后,针对H公司的实际情况提出明确评估方向,健全评估制度,建立科学的评估方法等对策。23366 毕业论文关键词: 绩效 ; 绩效评估 ; 绩效管理; H公司
Current Situation and Countermeasures H employees work performance evaluation
Abstract: With the development of social economy and economic progress, performance evaluation has become an important task in modern enterprise management. Base on H company in the work of performance evaluation,the understanding is not in place ,unscientific evaluation system,evaluation system is not perfect and so on, to achieve a certain extent hindered the enterprise strategic target. Base on theoretical research on performance evaluation,form the corporate culture, system, different development stage assessment of such factors as the impact on the performance of the work. Finally, according to the actual situation of H company made a clear direction, sound assessment system, establish scientific evaluation method and so on.
