Research Based on the Influence of TV Program of Job Application Towards University Students.
——Taking ZhouKou Normal University as the Example
Abstract: In the pursuit of understanding the influences brought by job application programs to contemporary college students,a research has been done by sending questionnaire to 200 college students in zhoukou normal university. The result indicates that job application programs bring a certain benefits to college students in terms of exploring perse methods in applying jobs,providing skills and knowledge required in workplace and assisting students in starting a business. Meanwhile,it also brings negative effects including the misunderstandings of real-life business environment, the over-reliance on means given by media and the inaccurate self-positioning. Based on the above findings,recommendations are suggested so as to improve the employability of college students.

求职应聘类电视节目对当代大学生就业影响研究
前言
中国现有求职应聘类电视节目就是美国《学徒》节目的学习和不断演变的过程。2004年由美国国家广播公司（NBC）推出的《学徒》，其节目内容是将该集团的业务精英，选拔成为美国著名地产大王唐纳德•特朗普的徒弟，目的是为加强特朗普集团的内部竞争，是NBC广播历史中最受好评的节目之一，这个节目一经播出迅速产生了“学徒”热潮并蔓延到中国内地。而在中国，首先，随着我国高等教育的发展及其改革的不断深入，高等教育普及率也在逐渐升高。其次，大学毕业生数量逐年增加，而劳动力市场提供的岗位数量有限。再次，外部的激烈竞争。这些因素都使大学毕业生日益严峻的就业问题成为一个焦点，受到社会、学校、家庭、学生本身的极大关注。此类节目将视线放在大学生就业上，这不仅是公众的舆论关注焦点，同时也为大学生就业提供了新的路径选择。此类节目让求职者可以从达人那里学习到职场的一些应变技巧，汲取一些职场教训。但同时节目炒作相互抄袭方案，达人行业专业知识的缺乏使这类节目的负面影响也日渐突出。因此，如何一分为二的看待求职应聘类电视节目对于当代大学生就业的影响，树立良好的就业观和择业观就至关重要。
