摘要:为更好了解人力资源管理专业毕业生的就业状况,通过对师范学院164名人力资源专业毕业生进行问卷调查。以就业意向为调查切入点,从所学专业评价、就业准备方面、就业影响因素、就业指导等方面进行调查分析。调查结果显示:多数同学认为专业就业前景不好,没有优势;对就业会做相应的准备;父母和个人对就业的影响较大,就业时会首先考虑工作的待遇和发展前景;希望得到更多的就业指导;就业意向在性别和生源地上有着显著的差异。23807 毕业论文关键词:人力资源管理;毕业生;就业意向
General Jobs In Human Resources Management Professional Graduates Intention—The Zhou Kou Normal University
Abstract: To better understand the employment intentions of Human Resources Management Professional graduates,investigate 164 Human Resources Professional graduates in Zhou Kou Normal University by questionnaire. Investigation and analysis on specialty evaluation , preparation for employment , influence factors of employment , employment guidance with the starting point of employment intention . The results of the survey : the majority of students believe that professional employment prospects is not good, there is no advantage ; On the employment will make corresponding preparations ; parents and inpiduals most affected will be the first consideration when employment work treatment and development prospects ; Hope to get more employment guidance ; Employment intention has significant differences in gender and origin of student .
