摘    要一个好的商业模式是由诸多元素组成,良好的商业模式形成需要承受内部因素及外部因素的干扰。互联网时代,人们都在谈论商业模式,商业模式对于整个时代都具有重大的意义,在某个领域商业模式的成功意味着引导整个领域的发展。当前,社群的发展倍受人们关注,社群又是从社会化媒体中产生的一部分。新浪微博是在社会化媒体中竞争胜出的代表者,是胜利者,新浪微博的崛起对于整个社会化媒体的发展都有至关重要的作用。新浪微博这一社会化媒体的代表,其一举一动都值得人们关注,研究新浪微博的商业模式具有非常重要的现实意义。

新浪微博是门户网站新浪网在微博浪潮中推出的微博服务,2009年9月份新浪微博正式上线,凭借新浪网广泛的明星资源以及团队强大的营销能力,新浪微博一上线便获得大量的注册用户。2011年,新浪微博初步完成其圈地过程,开始其商业布局,到今天新浪微博已经有几个板块的盈利点。本文主要对新浪微博商业模式的研究,意在为我国微博的发展做出一点贡献,并能为新浪微博的商业模式发展提一些意见。

本文选新浪微博为研究对象,首先叙述微博的发展过程、对社会化媒体、社群、社群经济、商业模式的概念及体系的概念和内涵进行解释。继而以商业模式的构成体系为框架对新浪微博的纵向和横向的发展进行研究,对新浪微博现有的商业布局进行梳理并提出合理化的建议。最后,对新浪微博的商业模式提出一些可创新点。89554
