摘要

随着分享经济的概念深入人心，在线短租市场也迎来了它的高速发展期，并发展出了多种经营模式。在线短租目前还是一个比较小众的市场，但是由于资本扩张和行业整合并购频起，核心资源对于一个企业立足和发展愈发重要。90444

本文通过查阅文献和spss数据分析，研究在线短租企业的核心资源，先在企业商业模式的基础上挖掘模式下的核心资源，立足房源、用户、盈利方式等资源，来证明其作为企业核心资源的相关度，并以综合了B2C+C2C运营模式的途家网作为案例分析逐步挖掘企业发展所依托的具体核心资源。通过分析企业核心资源，探究其存在的缺陷以及对立足核心资源发展的市场未来趋势的展望。
