摘    要：本文通过对休闲农业研究理论的分析与借鉴，试着从区域产业的角度入手，经过实地调查和实例分析，从产业的分析归类、合理布局运作模式等角度对仙居县的休闲农业进行了研究分析，运用了SWTO法来分析仙居县发展休闲农业的现状和趋势，从政府、企业等角度给仙居休闲农业发展给出意见与对策，从而达到推进和丰富仙居县休闲农业理论发展的目的。通过本文希望可以为政府对休闲农业的开发、规划发展合理布局提供思路，可以使相关人员更加清楚当前仙居休闲观光农业发展的现状，更加主动合理利用先进理念促进仙居现代农业发展，从而促进仙居县观光休闲农业的进一步发展，促进农民增加收入。

Abstract：In this paper, through the analysis and reference of the leisure agriculture theory, try to start from the regional industry perspective, through on-the-spot investigation and case analysis, from the analysis of industrial classification, reasonable layout of operation mode of leisure agriculture of Xianju county were studied, using SWTO method to analyze the current situation and trend of development of Xianju County Leisure Agriculture, from the perspective of government and enterprises for the development of recreational agriculture in Xianju to give advice and countermeasures, so as to promote and enrich the development of leisure agriculture in Xianju County, the purpose of theory. The government can hope for the development of leisure agriculture, development planning reasonable layout ideas, can make the relevant personnel more clearly the current situation of Xianju leisure agriculture development, more active and reasonable use of advanced concepts to promote the development of modern agriculture in Xianju Province, so as to promote the further development of Xianju County Tourism and leisure agriculture, promote the increase of farmers' income.
