摘要：随着电子商务的发展，网络购物作为一种新兴的商业模式受到人们广泛的重视。大学生网络购物已经是一个活跃的经济现象，网络购物带给大学生便利的同时也引发了诸多问题。为了全面了解大学生的网络购物行为和存在的问题，本研究针对大学生网络购物行为进行了深度调查，探讨了大学生网络购物时存在的主要问题，调查结果表明，大学生很大一部分会在网络上进行购物，并认为网络购物是便利的、品种也比实体购物更为齐全，大学生最为看重的因素是销售商家信用度和和产品质量描述。此外，结合调查结果，本研究应当对网络行为过程中出现的一系列问题渐进性干预，帮助大学生健康向上的生活，建立正确的消费观。社工可以通过指导大学生树立合理的消费观念等方面来促进大学生的合理网购行为。

The survey aimed at online shopping behavior of college students and interventions of problem behavior

Abstract: With the development of e-commerce, online shopping which as a new business model has attracted a lot of attention. Online shopping of college students is an active economic phenomenon. The online shopping not only brings convenience to college students but also raises many problems. In order to fully understand the online shopping behavior and the existing problems of college students, this study conducted a deep investigation on online shopping behavior of college students. The main problems of shopping are discussed, the results showed that many college students will shopping on the Internet, and think that online shopping is convenient, complete variety, is even more important than physical shopping, college students the most important factor is sales business credibility and quality of the product description. In addition, combined with the survey results, this study should step by step intervene a series of problems in the process of network behavior to help college students live a healthy and upward life and establish a correct consumption concept.
