摘    要:“云栖大会”是原创于阿里巴巴集团，在新技术、新经济领域具有代表性作用的会议之一。“云栖大会”为大数据、云计算、人工智能等高科技领域技术提供了一个信息展示与沟通的平台，此会议引领着时代发展的主流。志愿者为大型活动提供志愿服务，特别是高校志愿者，是大型展会活动的重要人力资源。随着大型会议活动数量的不断增多、会议规模的不断增大，需要的志愿者数量也随之增多。志愿者不仅影响着会议活动的正常举行，同时还影响着活动的形象与服务质量。传统的志愿服务遇上时代发展新主流，它们将擦出怎样的火花？本文基于志愿者在大型活动中的重要地位及其数量呈现日益增长的趋势，运用IPA分析法的问卷调查形式，研究2017云栖大会志愿者满意度，从中发现影响志愿者满意度的问题，并针对问题提出有效的建议。

Abstract“The computing conference” was originated from Alibaba Group, and has been one of the representative conferences in the area of new technology and economy. It leads the mainstream of development by offering an informational presentation and communication platform to the high technologies such as large data, cloud computation and AI. The volunteers, especially university’s volunteers, offer voluntary services and act as important human resources in large-scale exhibitions. As the number and scale of conferences increase, more and more volunteers are needed. These volunteers are not only involved in the launch of the conferences, but also influence the image and service quality of the whole activities. When the traditional voluntary service meets the developmental mainstream of new era, what sparkles will be crashed out? According to the important position and ever-increasing quantity of volunteers in large-scale activities, we applied Important-Performance Analysis-based questionnaires to study the satisfaction degree of volunteers in“The Computing Conference 2017”in Hangzhou. From which, we aimed to find out factors that affecting the satisfaction degree of volunteers, and also brought up effective suggestions in response to specific problems.

党十八大召开五年来，信息化政策不断完善，国家相继出台《国家信息化发展战略纲要》、《“十三五”国家信息化规划》等政策，加快推进“互联网+”技术应用于生产实际。2008年十年间互联网技术飞速发展，并呈现空前活跃的状态。总在十九届人民代表大会报告中提出：要建设网络强国、数字中国、智慧社会、推动互联网、大数据、人工智能和实体经济深度融合，互联网技术将步入新阶段。
