本文研究中，首先基于系统安全理论知识，构建爆炸物品安全管理系统模型；其次，分别就爆炸物品管理生命流程的三大环节，通过案例分析、总结管理周期内各环节存在的问题及原因，并提出制度建设、措施实施等方面建议来构建爆炸物品管理机制；最后，进一步通过相关制度建设，对整个爆炸物品管理机制综合完善。28469

Title Study On the Management Mechanism of Explosives of Military
Research Institutions——Taking Nanjing University of Science
and Technology As An Example
Abstract
Military research institutions as the dominant force in the cause of national defense, and it is to build defense, training talents, promoting innovation, scientific research, social services have an important role. In today's society, the social contradictions intensified, frequent accidents of explosives, and how to realize the safe and efficient management of scientific research institutions is imminent. This paper takes Nanjing University of Science and Technology as a case study area, and in order to construct the explosives management mechanism, realize the safety and efficiency in the scientific research process.
In this paper, first of all, based on the theories of system security, and to construct the model of security management system of explosives. Secondly, following the three aspects of the management of explosives, through the analysis of the case, summeding up the problems and reasons in the management cycle exists in each link, and putting forward suggestions of the system construction, measures and so on. And to construct the management mechanism of explosives. Finally, through the construction of the relevant system, the whole explosive material management mechanism is improved.
