Literature Review on Problem of the New Generation of Migrant workers’ Courtship and Marrige
Abstract：New generation of migrant workers，as the major group of working outside ，are undergoing significant change on their living environment，due to the influence of floating.In consequence，it immediately affects new generation of migrant workers’s love and marriage which makes them suffer from dual pressure of love and marriage.In this paper，using the questionnaire survey，selects a traditional rural Gaoping town，Jiangxi Province， as the survey site.The research shows that new generation of migrant workers are under a situation where high rate of unmarried，increase age of first marriage and the concept of marriage tending to modernization all occur.Based on adequate data collection，we can conclude that young age of first time to work outside，less opportunity and time to contact with love and increasing cost of love and marriage lead to the high rate of unmarried among new generation of migrant workers.Apart from that，concept of love and marriage also contribute to this result.Meanwhile，they get into a dilemma in which their ideal marriage is inconsistent with reality and they are short of economic and social capital to sustain love.They also face the problem of high porce rate.In view of that，this paper put forward some policy proposal to help new generation of migrant workers get rid of marriage’s trouble.First of all，improve the household registration.Secondly，perfect social security.Thirdly，provide vocational skills training.Last but not least，offer humanistic spirit care.
