[摘 要] APP移动客户端已成为各大在线旅游电商营销新战场,这促使了各大在线旅游电商需运用APP开展营销活动,但在营销的过程中还存在产品定位不明确;用户需求度有待提高,用户体验友好度低;内容同质化严重,用户粘合度低,服务层面有待加强;线上资源与线下服务脱节,营销手段、方式过于单一,宣传力度有待提高等问题。为了解决上述问题,各大在线旅游电商应该采取以下措施:明确、清晰产品定位,选择“大而全”或者“专而精”的策略;深层次开发并满足用户需求,打造优质的用户体验;增加应用场景,增强用户粘合度,提供一站式旅游游览服务;线上与线下多方有效整合,加大与其他媒介共同营销,以便在线旅游电商更好地运用APP进行市场营销。31926
