摘 要:中国企业在经济全球化和经济信息化的背景下,不可避免地被推向全球的经济架构中。当前中国企业在国际化进程中人力资源管理所遇到的多元化难以融合、人才流失、人力资源规划和企业战略目标结合不够、企业管理者管理水平较低的问题。针对这些问题提出了制定多元文化整合计划、完善用人机制、人力资源部门和企业战略的结合、调整管理模式的应对策略。35378 毕业论文关键词:人力资源管理;国际化进程;多元文化
Researching on the Human Resource Management in the Process of Enterprise Internationalization
Abstract: Under the background of economic globalization and economic information, Chinese enterprises get involved in the global economic system inevitably. For now, Chinese enterprises are facing several difficulties as the multiculturalism is very difficult to merge, the human resource planning and business goals combined with insufficient, the low level of management and brain drain. And aimed at these problems we proposed to establish Multi-cultural integration plan, formulate international talent system, change the concept of the management, the combination of the human resource department and enterprise strategy.
