摘 要:实施绩效工资评定是工资分配制度的重要改革,目的是打破吃大锅饭的现状,以激励的形式持续增加工作的积极性,提高工作效率,提升管理水平。由于地区经济发展的水平不同,导致绩效工资评定在具体的实践过程中不断凸显出一些问题,本文阐述了高校绩效工资评定中存在的一些问题及其有效的解决途径,以便形成科学的、规范的评定考评机制,实现收入增加,工作热情增长,更好地实现按劳分配、优绩优酬的社会主义分配原则。35608 毕业论文关键词:高校;绩效工资;改革
