摘要:随着网络技术的不断发展,计算机技术的日异月新,中国互联网逐渐飞速发展起来,变成了主题多元化,竞争激烈化的现代市场新局面。电子商务的出现给生产者带来全新的销售模式,同时也打破了消费者传统的购物模式。它把生产者、中间商和消费者连结起来,打破时空界限和传统的渠道束缚,为买卖双方实现在虚拟平台进行交易提供平台,缩短了两者之间的距离,使生产商得以直接向终端经销商和最终消费者销售商品,同时也为企业降低了库存和销售成本,使零库存管理成为可能。36228
本文通过问题研究以及SWOT方法,分析了恒源祥发展存在的问题和优劣势以及机会、威胁,提出了网络营销和传统营销是否可以兼容并包,相互促进相互发展的问题,还有从组织结构的改善及人才资源管理着手,根据公司的发展现状和自身情况,拟定合理的发展战略,并为战略的实现提供保障性的措施,让公司能够在激烈的市场竞争中开辟一条适合公司不断发展的道路。 毕业论文关键词:发展战略;移动互联网;恒源祥
