Abstract:In the 21st century is the age of information. The network for college students' study and life bring convenience at the same time also brought harm, especially the online game addiction. How effective prevention and treatment of college students' online game addiction, become the difficult problem in front of us. On the analysis of the influence of subjective factors and objective factors of college students' online game addiction and Internet game addiction of college students body and mind, the harm such as study, life and values, on the basis of the college students themselves, family, college and society puts forward the countermeasures of prevention and treatment of college students' online game addiction.

浅谈大学生网络游戏成瘾的原因、危害及防治对策
前言
随着我国信息化的快速发展，网络普及率的提高，网络越来越在大学生的日常生活起着重要的作用。中国互联网络信息中心（CNNIC）发布的2015年《中国网络游戏用户调查报告》指出，截至2014年12月，中国活跃大型网络游戏用户规模为3.66亿，网络游戏成为青少年最爱 。然而，大学过分沉迷网络游戏也带来了严重的危害。长时间玩游戏会导致网络游戏成瘾，网络游戏成瘾给大学生的身心健康、学习、生活和价值观产生很大的影响，甚至导致走向犯罪的道路。如何防治大学生网络游戏成瘾，这是我们的重点。
一、网络游戏成瘾相关概述
（一）网络游戏概述
1.网络游戏的定义
网络游戏，英文名称为 Online Game，又称“在线游戏”，简称“网游”。它是利用TCP/IP协议，以互联网为传输媒介，以游戏运营商服务器和用户计算机为处理终端，以游戏客户端软件为信息交互窗口的旨在实现娱乐、休闲、交流和取得虚拟成就的具有相当可持续性的个体性多人在线游戏 。
